FROM THE APP (recommended)


From the App, click on the 3-dots menu -> Settings -> Feedback

The system will create a ZIP file that contains the app and Huddle Hub logs.

The log file can be sent to HRT support (by opening a ticket or writing to support@hrt.email) to analyze a specific issue.



FROM THE WEB


- Connect to the <IP address> of Huddle Hub

- Login using admin password (default "admin" or "password")

- Click on Status (bottom-left) -> Advanced -> Download logs
